Shijiazhuang Yishengtang Medical Product Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Yishengtang") is a High-Tech enterprise specialized in the life and health industry and engaged in development, production and sales of both biomedical materials and high-end medical apparatus and instruments. Oriented by clinical needs, led by science and technology, and driven by innovation, Yishengtang owns biomedical products of various series and specifications that are widely used in clinical surgeries, field operations and outdoor rescues. Founded in 2004 and located in Shijiazhuang City, Yishengtang has established a plurality of technology development and industrialization platforms for hemostasis, anti-adhesion and tissue repair in fields of the biomedical materials and the high-end implantable and interventional apparatus and instruments. By far, Yishengtang occupies a large plant area with a research and development center of 2,000 m2 and clean workshops of 16,000m2 in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); it annually produces 2,000,000 pieces of medical chitin gel, 2,000,000 bottles of chitin surgical flushing fluid, 1,500,000 pieces of medical chitosan gel, 1,500,000 pieces of microporous polysaccharide hemostat, and 1,500,000 sets of the chitosan hemostatic Sponge, chitosan hemostat and first-aid kit series product; and it has a batch of Class II and III novel medical apparatus and instruments in the research and development stage, the clinical stage, and the registration stage. Yishengtang has been granted the National High-Tech Enterprise, the China Engineering Academy Academician Workstation, the High-Tech Industrialization Demonstration Base recognized by National Development and Reform Commission, the Field Operation Blood Transfusion Research Institution of Academy of Military Medical Sciences of Chinese People's Liberation Army, the International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Base of Polysaccharide Biomedical Materials, the Director Member of Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, the Standing Director Member of All-China Federation of Industry, Commerce, Medicine and Pharmaceuticals Chamber, the Executive Director Member of Medical Apparatus and Instruments Committee of All-China Federation of Industry, Commerce, Medicine and Pharmaceuticals Chamber, the Polysaccharide Biomedical Material Engineering Technology Center of Hebei Province, the Enterprise Technical Center of Hebei Province, the Innovative Enterprise of Hebei Province, and the Army-Civilian Enterprise of Hebei Province. With a broad mind, ambitious goal and pioneering spirit, Yishengtang has maintained extensive cooperations with renowned scientific research institutions at home and abroad and developed many innovation-oriented technologies and projects under the cooperations; it has taken on two major international technological cooperation projects, namely "Joint Research and Development of Corn-substrate Biomedical Materials" and "Joint Research and Development of Radiopaque Chitosan Embolic Materials"; it has its Hebei-Province-level key construction project titled "Industrialization of Series Products of Biomedical Materials" recognized as National Industry Revitalization Project jointly by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; and it has its more than ten projects such as Chitin Surgical Flushing Fluid, Chitosan Would Restorative Materials and Novel Oxidized Cellulose recognized as Scientific and Technological Planning Projects successively by the Hebei Province Science and Technology Department and the Shijiazhuang City Science and Technology Bureau.
